PRODUCTION LINE FOR GYPSUM BOARD PROFILE WITH FULLY-AUTOMATIC PACKAGING

GENERAL INFORMATION

Profiles produced by our standard line are strapped with a fully-automatic packaging system and turned into pallets.
Profiles produced by our standard line: UD Profile, CD Profile, UW Profile, CW Profile
UD Profile: Galvanized steel sheet profiles used in the construction of partition walls, curtain walls and suspended ceiling systems.
CD Profile: In suspended ceiling applications, the carrier profile is used to install the skeleton. It is used together with UD Profile at the point where the skeleton is connected to the wall.
UW Profile: Profiles made of galvanized steels that ensure that the CD profiles, which act as a carrier in the metal construction established in the construction of plasterboard partition walls, and the partition wall stand in balance.
CW Profile: In partition wall applications, curtain wall applications and shaft wall applications, it is applied by passing into UW profiles as a metal carrier skeleton.
Profiles coming out of ROLLFEN Gypsum Board Profile Production Line are high quality and robust. It meets all performance criteria in EN 14195

PRODUCTION LINE

De-Coiler:
- Capacity: 2500 kg,
- Roll outside of diameter: Ø1200mm,

Rollforming :
- Number of Station: 12-14-16 ( changes according to profile)
- Power Transmission: It is provided with gear system
- Material: Shafts and rollers AISI 4140, Gears AISI 8620 and hardness 55- 58 HRC

Cutting Unit – Flying Shears:
- Accuracy: +/- 3mm
- Propulsion System: It is provided with hydraulic system.
- Material: The cutting dies are AISI 2379 cold work tool steel.
- Sensor: Measure-stop sensor added to prevent losses.

Otomation:
- Synchronization: The automation system ensures synchronized operation of the coil sheet uncoiler, roll forming machine, cutting unit-flying shear and tilting table.
- Automation Level: The operator can enter the quantity of profiles to be produced and the profile length from the panel screen, and the production speed can be adjusted.
- Tehcinal Details: 380V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 10 KW electricity and 8bar, 7lt/min compressed air supply for the production line.

PACKAGING LINE

Folding Mechanism With Work-out Table:

- Automatically Level: The profiles coming from the work-out table are folded automatically and sent to the strapping machine.
